(the “coach”)

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern the provision of training coaching in the Basic, Progress and Elite packages (the “service”) to clients who order the service through the website ondrejvit.com, by email, or otherwise remotely or in person (the “client”).

The current content and prices of the packages are listed at ondrejvit.com/en/coach/. The version in force on the day the coach confirms the start of the cooperation applies.

3. How the cooperation begins

  1. The client sends a non-binding request (through the form, by email, via WhatsApp or in person). A request is not an order and creates no obligation.
  2. This is followed by an intro consultation, which is free.
  3. The contract is concluded when the coach confirms to the client the start of the cooperation in the chosen package, by email or by message (WhatsApp, TrainingPeaks).
  4. The cooperation starts on the agreed day.

The coach may decline a request, in particular for reasons of capacity.

4. Price and payment

Package Price per month (CZK) Price per month (EUR)
Basic CZK 1,999 €89
Progress CZK 3,499 €149
Elite CZK 4,999 €219
  1. The prices are final. The coach is not VAT-registered.
  2. Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice, monthly in advance.
  3. Invoices are due 14 days from the date of issue.
  4. The price in EUR applies to clients whose residence or registered office is outside the Czech Republic. Each party bears the fees of its own bank.
  5. The billing period is one month from the day the cooperation starts.
  6. If payment is more than 7 days overdue, the coach may suspend the service.
  7. The coach will announce a change in price at least 30 days in advance. The client may end the cooperation before the new price takes effect.
  8. The Progress and Elite packages include TrainingPeaks Premium, which the coach sets up and pays for. When the cooperation ends, Premium ends; the client keeps their free TrainingPeaks account with all their data. In the Basic package the client uses a free TrainingPeaks account.

5. What the client gets

The scope of the service corresponds to the description of the chosen package on the website on the day the cooperation starts. In summary:

  • Basic — a training plan in TrainingPeaks, the plan updated once a month, feedback once a week, questions via TrainingPeaks or WhatsApp with a reply within 48 hours.
  • Progress — in addition: the plan adjusted continuously, a reply within 24 hours, a phone or online consultation once a month, an annual plan and a strategy for key races, TrainingPeaks Premium, one lactate test a year (see article 6).
  • Elite — in addition: priority replies, consultations as needed, up to 4 in-person sessions a month (swim, bike, run), nutrition advice and race strategy, two lactate tests a year (see article 6).

Details:

  1. Response times are counted in working days. They may be longer during the coach’s races and training camps; the coach will let the client know in advance.
  2. In-person sessions in the Elite package: up to 4 a month (swim, bike, run), in and around Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, on dates agreed in advance. Unused sessions are not carried over to the next month. Entry fees for sports facilities (pool, track) are paid by the client. A session can be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance; otherwise it is forfeited.
  3. The package can be changed from the next billing period.
  4. Shorter breaks, illnesses and absences on the client’s side (up to roughly one month) are not compensated. Adjusting the plan around them and getting the client back into training is part of the coach’s work. A longer absence for health reasons is handled by individual agreement.
  5. The same applies when the coach is unavailable for a short time (races, training camps, illness). The coach will announce this in advance where possible.

6. Lactate test included in the package

  1. The Progress package includes one lactate test per year of cooperation, the Elite package two.
  2. The test included in the package is available from the 4th month of cooperation. Nothing is charged additionally when the cooperation ends.
  3. The “4th month of cooperation” means the fourth paid month of uninterrupted cooperation in any package; time in the Basic package counts. If the cooperation is interrupted, the period starts again.
  4. The coach carries out the test in person and is its provider towards the client. Until the AthleteLab laboratory in Holice, Czech Republic, opens (spring 2027, in partnership with VeloCoach), it takes place as a field test with lactate measurement at a location agreed with the client. The date is arranged individually.
  5. The test with lactate measurement is intended for clients who can meet the coach in person in the Czech Republic. Clients coached online only receive a structured field test without lactate measurement instead, with the data analyzed.
  6. A test date can be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance; otherwise the test is forfeited.
  7. An unused test is forfeited.

7. Ending the cooperation

  1. The packages have no minimum term. The client may end the cooperation at any time by notice sent to ondrejvit (at) ondrejvit.com or by a message via WhatsApp or TrainingPeaks.
  2. The cooperation ends when the paid billing period expires. The price paid for the current period is not refunded, except where a consumer withdraws under article 8.
  3. The coach may end the cooperation as of the end of the paid period, and with immediate effect if the client does not pay, repeatedly fails to follow instructions in a way that endangers their health, or has given false information about their state of health.

8. The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract

  1. A client who is a consumer and concluded the contract at a distance (through the website, by email, by phone) may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion.
  2. It is enough to send the withdrawal to ondrejvit (at) ondrejvit.com. The model withdrawal form can be used.
  3. If the client expressly asks for the service to begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraws, the client pays a proportionate part of the price for the service provided up to the moment of withdrawal.
  4. The coach will refund the payments received (less the proportionate part under point 3) within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same means by which they were received.

9. Health and liability

  1. The client declares that they are medically fit for endurance training. The coach recommends a sports medical examination before starting.
  2. The client informs the coach truthfully and without delay of any health limitations, injuries, illness and medication that may affect training.
  3. The training plan, nutrition advice and test results do not replace medical care or examination. The coach is not a physician or a clinical dietitian.
  4. The client trains at their own responsibility, observes safety rules (including road traffic rules) and stops training if health problems occur.
  5. The coach does not guarantee that a particular result or performance goal will be achieved.
  6. The coach’s liability is governed by the applicable legal regulations.
  1. Training plans and other materials are intended solely for the client’s personal use.
  2. The client does not distribute, sell or provide them to third parties without the coach’s consent.

11. Complaints

  1. If the service does not correspond to the agreed scope, the client may raise this at ondrejvit (at) ondrejvit.com.
  2. The coach will resolve the complaint within 30 days.
  3. A consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz), which is the body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr).

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

13. Final provisions

  1. The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. A consumer residing in another EU member state does not thereby lose the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their state.
  2. The terms are drawn up in Czech. The English translation is for information only.
  3. The coach may amend the terms. The coach will notify clients of a change by email at least 30 days in advance; the client may end the cooperation before the change takes effect.
